I am a 2013 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with degrees in international and area studies and religious studies, as well as a major in professional writing. I am a Teach for America corps member for 2013 and will be teaching secondary English in my hometown, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I have a passion for social justice, and I strive to be an anti-racist ally to people of color. My life mission is to ensure that people of color are empowered by the schools they attend around the country.
